Mercedes’ A & B Maintenance Service

Every manufacturer has a recommended maintenance schedule, but Mercedes-Benz’s is a little unique. Mercedes has a two-part tune-up schedule commonly known as A & B Service, and we complete each one in an alternating pattern. At C&P Auto Service, our certified specialists adhere to this maintenance schedule, so your vehicle maintains its high-powered performance for years to come.

But what exactly is A & B Service? The first part — Service A — occurs at around the first 10,000 miles, and then you’ll need to have it completed again every 20,000 miles afterward. During this visit, you can expect many standard tune-up services, such as checking fluid levels, changing the oil and oil filter, inspecting the brakes, ensuring proper tire pressure, and resetting the maintenance counter. Service B occurs at around 20,000 miles and every subsequent 20,000 miles. At this visit, you can expect the same services as Service A. However, our technicians will also replace the cabin dust/combination filter and perform a brake fluid exchange.
